Nice apartments, but serious and repeated issues with deposit refunds.
The apartments themselves are good, but this is already the second time I am facing problems with getting my security deposit returned.
The first time, I waited more than a month and was simply ignored.
The deposit was returned only after I made a new booking, literally the next day.
Now the same situation is happening again.
I was assured that the deposit had already been refunded, but when I received the documents, they showed that the refund was processed only on the same day we started discussing a new booking.
Initially, I was told that the deposit would be requested on the day of check-out, but this did not happen.
At the moment, I am not receiving any response.
Good apartments, but very unreliable and unacceptable deposit handling.
Deposit not returned.
