It was very spacious, except for the ensuite bathroom. The location was great but the traffic noise was pretty bad.

Collecting the keys from a different location was not convenient. The booking agent wasn’t helpful, put us on hold for a long time and then someone different called back and didn’t know why we had called. We asked for a quiet apartment but the traffic noise was really bad.

My Daughter stayed with her partner and children said it was lovely.

The apartment’s location was good, just a short walk to the beach with convenient tram access. The property management team was also friendly and easy to communicate with.

The overall cleanliness of the property was disappointing. We discovered other people’s clothing hanging on the backs of several doors, which suggests the cleaning was not carried out thoroughly prior to our arrival. We also noticed small cockroaches in the kitchen, particularly around the fridge area, which was quite unsettling. The balcony was in poor condition, the floor was visibly dirty, and the outdoor furniture was in a very neglected state. The table, in particular, appeared to have burn marks on its surface. Overall, the apartment was in serious need of a deep and thorough clean. The lack of cleanliness had a noticeable impact on our stay, to the point where we genuinely dreaded returning each day. At one stage, we even considered booking alternative accommodation, as the space left us feeling uncomfortable and unclean. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t consider staying at this property again unless the cleanliness standards are substantially improved. Given the price paid, we expected a much higher standard and were left disappointed.
