It worked well for me and my 11 year old as we needed separate sleeping areas, as they needed to rest well for an event the next day. It has everything you could need, was nicely designed, clean and comfortable. Some nice touches like built in wardrobes, with plenty of hangers, shampoo, conditioner, very compact but perfectly designed.
The main room (with the sofa bed) overlooks a busy high street with bars so can be a little noisy. However we stayed over a very hot summer weekend so I imagine it was exceptionally busy!
No air con but the hosts were excellent and provided industrial fans and cooling towels so we were very comfortable.

Bed was comfy and soft. Location was very central and easy to get to train station. Shower was nice. Very secure with a long number to get into the building and a long number for your door.
Could do with central air-conditioning, it was very hot even with the large fan on all night. We had to keep the windows closed at night as the noise from the street was very loud. The iron wasn't very good and the ironing board kept collapsing on itself, very dangerous! Sofa looked quite dirty so didn’t want to sit on it, could do with a lint roll before each guest.

Very convenient location with a very cleverly designed apartment, cramming lots into a compact space. Beds were very comfortable. Sound insulation was very effective.
