It is clean and close to the metro and the sea
Air conditioning was by default switched on, it took us some time to figure out we needed to switch it off. We were in February and no need of it.

The apartment is very spacious for a one-bedroom. We were three people, and our 12-year-old comfortably slept on the sofa bed. The double bed is extremely comfortable. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a shower.
Strategic location, less than five minutes' walk from the metro and about 10 minutes on foot to JBR beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and a well-stocked supermarket right downstairs.
Free Padel court in the building, easily bookable via QR code and at reception the provide rackets and balls. The sauna and swimming pool are very clean.
