Such a beautiful ground floor single level apartment, it was perfect for my partner and two young girls. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Loved being able to sit out the front on the outdoor couches and read a book while our girls napped. Would stay here again! Loved the location, perfect spot!

A place you can park the car and walk everywhere. Walk to the beach or town without the hassle of the Byron traffic jam in the main street or finding a costly car space. Ground floor is also a bonus, walk out the door and the kids can play on the grass and no hassle of lifting cases up stairs.

Absolutely perfect location and very beautiful, clean, and comfortable accommodation.
The building does not have great soundproofing (which is not at all the fault of Bianca’s) but I would take that into consideration. We could hear everything from the upper floor and some crazy nocturnal wildlife.

Apartment is small but well maintained with only some little issues, like carpets would need a deep clean to get rid of stains, and outside furniture should be cleaned to justify the rates charged for the property.
Outside furniture was quite dirty with stains, and not enjoyable to be used. Property is actually quite far from Byron Bay centre, shops and cafes. if you are staying with kids, probably not the best choice. It’s good for those who just want go to the beach as beach is just across the road.
