The property itself was lovely , place to park, excellent set up open plan every bedroom had a bathroom . Everything we could have needed in the kitchen , real quality fittings . A quick walk and you were on the coast path . Sea views to rival most .
A couple of things would make the property perfect . A gate needs to be fitted for me if accepting dogs . There was no hairdryer . Something to be able to secure the french door back so it could be kept open as it kept blowing shut . The garden was a little overlooked in places.

The location is wonderful
The house is advertised as dogs allowed but the garden is completely open to the road so not at all dog friendly. My dog could have easily chased a cat to the road and been run over by a car, there is no secure fence/gate between the garden and the road; therefore, the property should not be advertised as appropriate for dogs to stay at. I had to keep the dog inside the house or tied up on the lead in the garden. Hardly restful during a holiday in Devon during a heatwave.
