The stay was passable overall. The host was caring, responsive, and tried to help when needed. We had no water for one day, but the issue was fixed the same evening, which I appreciated. However, the apartment was not clean on arrival and I had to clean it myself. The mattress was very dirty, the sofa felt extremely overused, and there were water leaks in both the bathroom and kitchen. The apartment also needs repainting and better maintenance overall. The positives were the good location, working AC, WiFi access, balcony, and the possibility to cook in the apartment. With proper cleaning, a new mattress, and fixing the water leaks, the place could be much better.
