Alessandro as an owner was very helpful. The room is modern and in a great location just in front the Mondelo Beach. Nearby you can find a great "Pacifico", where you can find a great breakfast as a coffee and cornetto. We really enjoyed.

We stayed in the Family Room and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The apartment was spotless, with exceptional attention to cleanliness, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect—just a few steps from the beach, making it incredibly convenient for a relaxing seaside holiday. The owners are truly amazing: kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. Their genuine care and dedication to making every guest's stay as enjoyable as possible really stand out. We also slept extremely well thanks to the comfortable mattresses and pillows, which made a big difference after long days at the beach. The only small thing worth mentioning is that the entrance to the Family Room is located along a passageway, so at times you may hear other guests walking by or talking. However, this depends entirely on the consideration of the other guests staying at the property and is certainly not the owners' fault. You can really see the passion and effort the owners put into this property to provide guests with the best possible experience. They played a big part in making our vacation so enjoyable.
