The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a completely new building, and it's a bit hard to find access to the parking from the main road. Once you do, everything is much easier. Key collection is easy, the building has an elevator so getting to the apartment is easy too. The photos of the apartment are 100% the same as the apartment - everything is top notch and true to the photos. Heating, internet, everything works perfectly and as expected in the winter! The location and the view - especially if there's snow, is truly breathtaking. I can honestly fully recommend the apartment, the host is also very responsive and even one small niggle was very quickly and easily resolved.
If there's a lot of snow on Zlatibor, prepare your car properly as there's a small slope upwards from the parking towards the main road and if it's not cleaned - it might be a challenging drive. The balcony - if there's wind in the winter, it will be especially felt as heavy wind due to the location.
The building is new so there might be some works going on in apartments nearby. We only heard few drillings done on one day, so it really didn't pose any issues to us. This has nothing to do with the apartment itself but just with the building not having all of the apartments fully finished.
