The desk manager was so helpful! We received detailed info about how to find the hotel. Our family booked 2 rooms, one with a beautiful river view, the other one no view, less money but still very comfortable. When a train cancelation delayed our departure and the hotel was already sold out for an extra day, she quickly found us an alternative hotel rooms in the same building, of same quality and price. Great service!

Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Flussblick für eine Nacht in Changsha gebucht.
Der Check-in war unproblematisch, bezahlt habe ich mit WeChat. Ich konnte auch ohne Aufpreis eher ins Zimmer.
Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war/ist ein Traum, tagsüber schon super, nachts schaut man auf die Lightshow an
den Häusern der anderen Fluss-Seite. Phänomenal !
Der bei Booking benannte Whirlpool war "nur" eine Badewanne im Zimmer.
Auch sehr gut, aber halt keine Bubbles.

The staff member, Grace, was so incredibly kind and helpful. She communicated with me often to make sure I was okay, she ordered me food and gave me lots of suggestions (which I’d turn out to love), and even told me how to make the most of my time in Changsha without rushing for my next train. She so kindly upgraded my room and I had the most gorgeous view of the river and the skyline, illuminated with animations from the Chinese New Year. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Changsha.
