Safe and nice neighbourhood

I’ve asked for early check in advance and they didn’t bother to reply. I arrived in two hours earlier than check in, no instructions to get in, messaged the property who told me to come back at check in time. When I returned, I was just given the keys and told the codes, etc. will be shared by chat, which they were but for instance, I still I had to guess were the towels. The flat is in a basement. You hear people walking on top of you. If you are lucky, not that often. You get a message with all the warnings on bins, toiler paper, shoes policy, etc. but not much about enjoying your stay.

Affordable, Walking distance to Earl's bbq which became our favorite spot in town. Plenty of street parking, safe neighborhood, bathroom,kitchen & living room was clean. 1st floor, minimal steps/stairs. smart lock feature was great.Quiet neighborhood. They're able to communicate the check in instructions as nothing was sent in this app.

Some places in the unit the floor is uneven like in between the cabinet and fridge & hallway between the bedroom & bathroom,, the foundation/structural integrity of the unit needs to be inspected. The walls are thin so we can hear people who have heavy feet upstairs, outside the unit sometimes when there's noisy people passing by. The window ledge in the bedroom was dusty and I swiped my hand It looks like it hadn't been wiped in a long time..

From the accommodation we went to the city center - bus and train (they also took cash on the bus and a payment card was enough to get on the train), everything went smoothly and we returned to the accommodation at 11:00 PM and a completely calm and quiet neighborhood, when we got off the train we walked for 20 minutes and along the way we also found open groceries, which pleased us.

I didn't like that we were given a small piece of toilet paper, I understand that we only stayed one night but getting a quarter for the allotment is pretty weird.
