Bom ambiente, condomínio tranquilo e seguro.
O comando da TV não é bom, acho que trocaram as pilhas , mas mesmo assim continuo ruim.

Excellent séjour proche de la gare et de l'aéroport dans cet appartement ! Le logement est propre, confortable et très agréable. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. L’hôte est vraiment gentil, disponible et attentif. Merci pour l’accueil, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

The flat is in a new build area and it is very safe. It is near the police training school. It is a 20 minutes walk to Gueliz ( Carré Eden) and it is a safe walk. You can also walk the other side of the bridge to the Targa area. I walked to my office there nearly every day with no problem at all.
The internet connexion excellent and I was able to work from the flat and having video calls.
It is a residential area and people are very nice around the block. The place is very quiet during the night.
The kitchen is well equipped and there is a washing machine.
