I wasn't aware of the deposit requirement but the property was kind enough to give me an option of cash payment. I paid cash for both deposit and rent. I was refunded in cash upon checkout. Property was clean and very good value for money. Proper apartment with all basic amenities in place.
Car parking is secured and had not registered my car so every time I had to wait for security to allow me in / out. The deposit requirement / refund could be a deal breaker for many people. My experience was smooth as property proposed an alternative, however the rule of sending the refund within 7 days after checkout is unnecessary fuss.
