    This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. My booking was clearly for 3 adults and 1 baby (triple sharing room). Despite this, on arrival I was deliberately given a small room suitable only for 2 people. When I objected, the hotel staff bluntly told me: “Sir, either take this room or cancel.” Imagine being in a new city with your family and child after traveling, and being threatened with cancellation. This is nothing but misleading customers and exploiting helpless guests. Even after repeatedly requesting a room change or an extra mattress, I was told that all rooms were booked. Only when I mentioned complaining to authorities did they suddenly “find” another room—clearly intentional malpractice. To make things worse, they charged ₹500 extra for a mattress even though my confirmed booking already included 3 adults + 1 baby. The blanket provided with the mattress was dirty, unhygienic, and completely unusable, which is unacceptable—especially for a family traveling with a baby. This entire incident wasted nearly 3 hours, ruined the start of our trip, and caused unnecessary stress. This hotel engages in misleading bookings, unfair extra charges, and poor hygiene standards. I strongly advise families to avoid this place. Management must take strict action before more guests are harassed.
