Bed was fine for a night, definite could use an upgrade on the couch but for what little time we were there it worked out fine.

The location was convenient, and we especially appreciated the first-floor access with our active toddler. The layout was spacious with wide doorways that appeared to be ADA accessible. The host was responsive throughout our stay, and we were glad to have access to cleaning supplies so we can tidy up to our liking. For a short visit, the price point made it a decent value. We also left a small thank-you gift to show our appreciation.

We stayed here for a quick one-night trip with our toddler. The space was overall decent for the price, and communication with the host was responsive, they let us know about a bed slat issue right away (which didn’t affect us, as we didn’t use that room). However, we did run into a handful of small housekeeping issues, sticky floors, pet hair on the couch and floors, some crumbs under the furniture, and visible stains on things like the throw blanket and bar stools. One bedroom's lights weren’t working, and the place was a bit understocked in terms of dishes, towels, and basic kitchen essentials. We only had two bath towels for our family of three, and the kitchen inventory was too limited for hosting or cooking for a group. In terms of comfort, the beds were pretty firm, and the living room seating was minimal, just a small couch and three barstools in the kitchen. For a place that sleeps more than four, it’s hard to imagine a larger group being fully comfortable hanging out or eating together. The lack of inventory and limited seating definitely made it harder to fully enjoy the space. That said, we appreciated having cleaning supplies available, which helped us tidy up where we could, and we left a small thank-you gift for the host. With a bit more attention to comfort and upkeep, this place has the potential to be a great stay.
