    We stayed in a family room at this hot spring hotel. Considering the overall condition, the price felt quite high. The hotel is very old—furniture, hangers, bathroom, and almost everything looked outdated. The lighting was also very poor, and we really needed extra lights to see properly. The bed sheets were not comfortable either. The surface had a quilted texture, which made it hard for us to sleep well. The room was supposed to have an upstairs space, but it was closed, so we couldn’t use it. Another inconvenience was the towels. Only one large towel was provided for the whole family. There were small towels available, but they weren’t enough for us. The best part of the stay was the private spa. The tub was large, and the hot spring water was very nice. However, the check-in time (4:00 p.m.) and check-out time (11:00 a.m.) were also inconvenient compared to typical hotel standards. Overall, if you just want to enjoy the private spa for one night, it may be okay—but don’t expect much from the hotel itself.

    The rooms were hot and huge. The bath was huge. The water was so nice. The baths in the rooms were fed directly by the hot springs and I believe everything they say about the effects of the spring. Skin is softer and my body felt so relaxed and wonderful after a long soak and a couple of cold showers in between. The room was so warm that we had to open the windows but it made us sleep so good that 30 min nap was equivalent to 6-8 hours sleep. Was a great place to visit. Nearby restaurants are great but it helps if you speak a little Korean. They are all very welcoming to foreigners and always kind as most Korean people have always been.
