The feeling of a nice place to stay, in a good neighborhood.

Everything was new there, so there were tools needed for the kitchen.

Nice location. Staff were friendly. Mattress was comfortable (once they put a mattress pad on it upon request) cooking utensils were non-existent. Good pot and pans.

Saw a water dispenser in pictures but no water (just 3 little bottles per day) except for long term stays. No salt/pepper, coffee or tea. Balcony was to an inner garden that echoed. No A/C so had to open balcony door for air (no windows) which looked into the neighbors and had to listen to their young boy talking loudly to get attention and watch him run around nude (he was around 10-12 years old)

This is a brand new homestay with everything you can possibly need and want! The Location is great, only 10min walking to the Hoan Kiem Lake and about 15-20min to Hanoi Old Quarter. The room was big, clean and very comfortable for 2 Person. There is a kitchen with the essential cooking equipment like a microwave and even a rice cooker and a washing machine with drying function too. Housekeeping comes by everyday but you can tell them your preferred time for cleaning if you want to. There is a 24/7 security guard at the building. All three of them are so nice and very helpful. You access your room and the elevator with your keycard. If you have a motorbike you can park it for free in the underground garage. The Check-in was smooth and uncomplicated! I can only recommend this stay especially if you're planning to stay for a long time. I would love to stay here again! Thank you for your amazing hospitality!!!
