Great location, adorable space

It’s hosted by a company instead of a person so accountability goes out the window in favor of national policies local agents try to shirk, which leaves you feeling gaslit. There was too much snow to set up the firepit (something the listing doesn’t warn you about) but then not enough snow for them to shovel off the hot tub steps. There “should be” a snow shovel for guests to use, but after looking everywhere there wasn’t. The combo laundry machine hasn’t been maintained so the filter is all moldy and towels come out smelling funky. The national Grand Welcome team is responsive but they don’t know the home or the area so what they say will be at odds with the local agents that know the home and area but are not as responsive, so you will get bounced around between two different stories.
