É muito bem localizado e o condomínio oferece facilidades
A Internet é péssima. Eles compartilham o sinal com um número elevado de outros apartamentos. Não consegui trabalhar nem assistir qualquer streaming. Netflix, Globo play, nada. O atendimento pelo Carpe Diem foi ineficiente. Há uma gambiarra na instalação hidráulica no banheiro, muito estranho.
