築年数はそこそこあると思われる別荘です。屋内は清潔に保たれ、宿泊者が満足できるように工夫されていました。 バーベキューセットや炊飯器、電子レンジなど短期滞在に必要なものはほぼ整っています。 奥まった場所で自家用車が必要ではありますが、とても静かな場所です。 人も犬も落ち着いて過ごすことができ、とても快適でした。 コストパフォーマンスが大変良いと思います。 また伊東に滞在の際には利用する予定です。
蚊取り線香を焚いてくださっていましたが、犬には少し香りがキツかったようです。 もし用意していただけるのならば、電子蚊取り器の方が助かります。（虫が多いので） 消臭剤を使えば消える程度ですが、枕の臭いが少し気になりました。 お部屋用の消臭剤を備品に追加いただけると嬉しいです。

宿に着いたとき、すでに暖房がつけてあったり、いたるところにオーナーさんの心づかいや優しさを感じて心暖まりました。宿泊代も安くて有難いです。又利用させていただきます！
