Apartamento Santa Rosalía Lake & Life Resort Levansur

El apartamento es nuevo. Está limpio. Está bien equipado con todo lo necesario. Las instalaciones de la urbanización muy bien. Hay 2 piscinas y un jacuzzi de agua caliente. El restaurante La Reserva muy bien también. Y la playa artificial pues muy original.

Modern and very clean. Very well equipped. Blackout shutters in bedrooms. Excellent power showers.

The resort is still being completed so there are cranes/building works. It wasn’t noisy though and didn’t affect us.

The resort is only 1 year old and has been built to a very high standard. While areas of the complex are still being built (new luxury villas), this was not an inconvenience at all during our stay. This apartment is positioned at the top end of the complex, but is still only a 5 min walk to the beautiful man-made beach and lake in the centre. There is a lovely restaurant and bar overlooking the lake, plenty of free sun lounges, and a volleyball court on the beach. The apartment complex has two swimming pools, one heated all year round. Our apartment still looked brand new, with plenty of room for a family of 5 (including the sofa bed). The balcony overlooks the pool and has the sun from around 10am until sunset. On arrival, we were met by Elsy who showed us around the apartment and how to access the underground parking. Elsy kept in touch with us during our stay for anything we needed and looked after us. Thank you, Elsy We highly recommend booking this apartment or others in this complex and we'll definitely be coming here again.

Only a few little things are required in the apartment such as T-towels and an oven glove for the kitchen, and some extra place mats for the table 👍 Other than that it's perfect!!

Fin de nos vacances 😍ma famille ainsi que moi-même sommes ravis de nos vacances. L'appartement, spacieux et de grand standing, est impeccablement propre. Il se situe dans un resort récent, doté d'une plage artificielle absolument magnifique; les enfants sont comblés ! L'hôte, Elsy, est réactive, bienveillante, rassurante et toujours souriante. Elle répond rapidement à la moindre question et reste disponible en permanence. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Nous pensons déjà à revenir l'année prochaine !
