Apartamento Santa Rosalía Lake & Life Resort Levansur

The resort is amazing, especially the lagoon, which is the reason for our second visit. The apartment is great, clean and well equipped. It suited our party of four very well.

The host kept us waiting for almost an hour beyond our well communicated arrival time to hand over the key. There were only three bands for the lagoon/facilities access rather than the expected four. The main bedroom is quite small. One of the exterior shutters to the living area didn't work. But the main issue was that, we unfortunately lost one of the bands. These can be replaced at security for 10 euros. We tried to replace it but the security guard on duty didn't know how to. So we left 10 euros in the apartment to cover the cost. However, the host tried to charge us 150 euros to replace it citing 'damage'.

lo que menos nos gusto fue la limpieza en general de todo el apartamento entiendo que la zona esta en obras y hay mucho polvo pero se pdria mejorar la limpieza y sobre todo las sabanas en la cama grande y en las pequeñas ni habia sabanas eran fundas de colchon algo que nunca me habia pasado pero son problemas que se pueden resolver

El piso en sí era fantástico, las instalaciones de 10. Todo estaba muy cuidado y nuevo, la playa artificial muy original y agradable, y cuando ya estas harto de arena, en los pisos hay piscinas y jacuzzi

El apartamento es nuevo. Está limpio. Está bien equipado con todo lo necesario. Las instalaciones de la urbanización muy bien. Hay 2 piscinas y un jacuzzi de agua caliente. El restaurante La Reserva muy bien también. Y la playa artificial pues muy original.
