It was fun to experience living in a boarding school for a few nights (though unfortunately we were not allowed to see anything except for the room we lived in). The place and the garden were beautiful. The room was clean (though there was no soap in the bathroom but that is easily fixed) and the staff was very friendly. We were allowed to use a kitchen to prepare our own dinner.
As such, the experience was fine, but we were somewhat disappointed when we found out that most hotels offer a free Brixen Card including a cable car pass for the daily worth of 30-50€. We did not get that at the Vinzentinum which we partly chose based on its affordability. We think that other visitors may find this information useful to consider when choosing their accommodation.

Una struttura incantevole, un'esperienza meravigliosa. Circondata dal verde, molto spaziosa. Le camere spaziosissime con letti comodi e molto silenziosa. Piacevole stare all'esterno dove i bambini hanno giocato. Tutto molto curato. Una bellissima esperienza.
