L’emplacement tout simplement.
Les parties communes sont en mauvais état ,surtout l’escalier !!! La personne qui gère la location n’a pas répondu favorablement à ma demande de déboucher l’évier du lavabo et n’a pas remplacer les piles de la télécommande de la clim de la chambre .

La ubicación…muy céntrico, pero en un barrio muy tranquilo, ni un ruido x la noche,hemos estado en Diciembre, la calefacción y el agua caliente, una maravilla !!!!! El colchón de la habitación principal,estupendo y el trato recibido x parte del personal,excelente 😍
El WC, estaba apartado del resto del baño, en una habitación pequeña…. El cuarto de baño no tenía puerta, la habían quitado y no había intimidad..

It was extremely well located. Close to the beach and restaurants. We loved having a washing machine.
There were a number of deficiencies: There are two #14 doors.. we hunted unsuccessfully for the key at the wrong door. The wifi instructions are not clear. The window sills are grubby. The door lock to the apartment is very difficult to use. The stairs need repair. The water is set to a dangerously high temperature. 5:00 pm check in is late…
