The location was good. Bus stop outside door and short walk to train station. There is a 24hr supermarket nearby and various restaurants in the vicinity. Liked the full sized fridge and balcony.
Unit wasn't very clean on arrival. There is noise from the street but solved by closing the door. Stove not working but hotplate was used instead. Cutlery could have been more but left what we bought for others to use. No sign where to put rubbish but found it outside the unit. Didn't like the late time to check in and had to wait around for hours.

Everything you need is there. Also fantastic location to reach Hakata and Yakuin. Would stay again
