I loved how close it was to the Kaseya Center. After the event we were able to just walk back to the apartment. We loved the view of the city. Definitely will book here again if we come for another event!

Die Aussicht und Lage
Für einen Check-in nach 20:00 Uhr wurden kurzfristig 50 USD verlangt, obwohl diese Gebühr bei der Buchung nirgends transparent ersichtlich war. Nach meinem Protest wurde der Betrag zwar auf 30 USD reduziert, jedoch nur unter dem klaren Hinweis, dass uns sonst der Zugang zur bereits vollständig bezahlten Unterkunft verweigert wird.
Dieses Vorgehen ist aus meiner Sicht unangemessen und setzt Gäste massiv unter Druck. Besonders problematisch: Es wurde auf angebliche Geschäftsbedingungen verwiesen, die ich über Booking.com nicht nachvollziehen konnte.
Insgesamt wirkt das Verhalten sehr strikt und wenig kundenorientiert, da mit nicht klar kommunizierten Zusatzkosten gearbeitet wird.
