The owner is warm- hearted and eager to provide the best service to the guests . The apartment with two bedrooms and recently renovations with nice presentation.
We aimed to head to Legoland Resort Korea in the next day so this place was excellent and just around 15 minutes taxi ride to the resort.
In terms of "home stay " style guesthouses , it was almost impeccable (in particular free laundry & drying provided ).
The only two pcs of suggestions are
1) may consider Dry-and-wet separation bathroom ( even though I was amazed the ventilation were so effective )
2) may recheck and affix the small defects on toilet lid

Great apartment with lots of space to sleep for 5 people. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine. They arranged a parking place in front of the entrance on the street. We could store our luggage earlier than check- in Time. Really convinient.
