Great location, nice quiet street, fantastic view. Facilities are great. Loved the knitting box
Lots of big cockroaches, mainly outside or in the bathroom, mainly because of all the native plants. But other than that that it was great. Facilities are great, and really clean and well maintained, like a old school kiwi bach.

Beautiful views of the bay. Lovely garden. Bathroom was modern.
Very old fashioned. The separate configuration is not mentioned in the description on booking. The building was old and walls were thin. Very cold in the morning waking up.
