Very good place to stay.

Large kitchen facilities to cook and clean up. Large dining table. Decent size bedroom

Loo roll ran out each day and had to use our own tissues. Only one shower that needs refurbishment and upkeeping. The second shower was out of order when we visited, so had to wait 30minutes to get a shower.

Well worth a stay

Huge kitchen with ample storage, comfy bed and large spacious living room

The new live in cleaner took up 3 large cupboards to herself The main communal shower was broken

Had potential but disappointing

The single beds in room 3 are very comfortable. Large lounge and large kitchen that we were able to use Common areas clean enough Later checkout of 11am if needed

Only 1 pillow on the bed in room 3 with no lamp, and with littke room between the 2 beds it was difficult to get in and out of bed. Non working lamp in room 4 (no wire) with dirty walls and a dirty towel Other guests were extremely noisy until almost 2am. Cooking full meals at midnight and running up and down the stairs. We had 3 rooms and it felt/soundes like there was about 10 other people in the property. My last note, and i dont know if this is due to booking.com but my booking says i had the whole place, that there was 4 bedrooms with 5 beds, (i had 5 people needing 3 rooms) and so until just before arrival I wasnt aware there were other people in the property. There is actually 6 rooms in the property. I personally wouldnt have booked if i had known if there was going to be other people.

The live in housekeeper has been allowed to take up most of the communal storage in the kitchen the showers either don’t work or are very low pressure

Looks on but gets busy and noisy during the week.

The property was nice and clean.

When I was there the was a lot of noise banging, meaning of washing machines and tenants building furniture by the sound of it. This put me off rebooking the Simi house. Room was very small and cramp and I did not get an on Suit bathroom but a share bathroom which I did not book.

Questionable cleanliness (room 4)

Central location Use of kitchen and lounge if needed.

The property itself is nice and communal areas seemed clean however I did not use them. I was allocated room no.4 which was really dirty. It was smelling weird and was full of dust, I was itching all over after an hour or so in it. I was able to open only one tiny window to get some of the smell out. The shower in nearest bathroom didn't work, there was a note to use one down the corridor, but that one was just dripping water, impossible to have a shower. Communication with the host was questionable. Only 10mins before checking in he has sent me check in details so I was left wondering if I have the room or have to look for sth else. Also had to ask to have the heating on as it it was cold in the room/house. I guess you get what you pay for as it's cheap. I was mislead by the high review scores especially regarding cleanliness. Maybe other rooms are cleaner, but definitely not no.4. It felt so dirty and full of dust that I decided to check out few hours later, couldn't imagine to spend the night there.

Cancelled by the property few hours before the check in

I was informed few hours before my arrival that the lock of the door was damaged (by the previous guest) and I couldn't use the property. I had booked the property 1 week in advance but the functionality was checked few hours before my arrival. That's unprofessional. Although, they suggested me another similar property, still checking the property when a guest checks out and not the last minute when the next guest arrives is the norm to make sure that things operate as should. I travelled 4 hours and had a busy day. Suddenly, I had to find myself a place to stay. It was an unnecessary stress to my day that could have been avoided if they were more professional.

Horrible

I didn't stay there, I tried to call Simi, his phone was never answered never returned call. I sent him emails, no reply, no acknowledgement I didn't receive my email for room number and keys until the next morning Tried to call him, his phone is fake try calling

Fake phone number, never returned emails. Failed to enter the residents i paid money for nothing and to look for alternative accommodation. I have used booking. com before. I don't ever think i use it again

Nice clean and comfortable accommodation, and excellent value for money.

Good location for work. Access to lounge, kitchen and dining area. Clean and comfortable. Lights were on when I arrived, although it was still daylight. so excellent for anyone arriving in darkness. Heating was on, and rooms were a nice temperature. Nice comfortable bed, and towels provided. Excellent communication from host, with details of access etc. Excellent value for money. Six rooms, so excellent for a family wanting to meet up with other relatives.

It was a bit tight getting between the two single beds in room 3, and the headboards were at different ends, so hard to push together. It might have been helpful to know if any of the other rooms were occupied. I noticed another car nearby, when I returned from visiting friends, but was unsure if there was anyone else in the house, which was a bit disconcerting. I put the deadlock on the front door, but then worried that I may have locked another guest out. There was obviously someone else there overnight, as the kettle was still hot when I got up in the morning.

Overpriced, dirty and disappointing

Decent location, quiet neighbourhood

unfortunately the other guests were running around like children slamming doors and turning lights on / screaming until gone 2am. The place had spiders, not cleaned and food under the bed, the shower was freezing- no hot water at all and the bath was not useable

Once was more than enough.

The location was suitable, the bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable.

On arrival to the property we were instructed to provide our personal identification before we could obtain the key codes, the host was most insistent. After refusing their request, twice, we were given the two key codes only to find that the key boxes were left showing these codes, so not much point. Some of the windows were shut / locked and no keys were provided, we had to contact the host who arrived at 22:30 to open the windows, still no keys were provided. I had to hunt for a towel in my room, one large and it had been left in the wardrobe, no where to hang it up when it was wet. There was a bedside table in both rooms, although not next to the bed in 1 room but no lamps only the main light switch. Although not the hosts fault a noisy party took place outside in a neighbours property till very late so we didn't get much sleep. They have a person stay on site who's alarm was set for 05:45 in the morning which they didn't rush to switch and then they put it on snooze. We did accidently leave some items behind and contacted the host only to be told that they had been disposed of. This host is new to Booking.com and I have given my feedback to them and to Booking.com I hope that your stay will be better than ours.

Brilliant

It was supposed to be a private bathroom but wasn’t for a couple days but it was a new property and they got a lock smith in.

Overall it was good, and will go back again.

I recently stayed at this property and overall had a comfortable experience. Host was very responsive and helpful. Property was newly refurbished and clean. Property was quiet and had good amenities including kitchen and laundry. There was Parking available on site and it's walking distance to MK centre.

Veer v

The property is very affordable but you get what you paid for in terms of safety and security.

The property is not secured internally theft wise. And it is shared so you are quite vulnerable as a woman if you are alone. Also with your belonging. Two expensive perfumes were stolen from our ‘personal’ bathroom, when we went out, one was completely brand new. Over £200 worth of perfume. The owner was not particularly helpful, so we reported the thefts, we are still out of pockets.
