This property was a beautiful two bed condo set right behind Magic Sands beach. Literally a 1 min walk to one of the most fun beaches in Kona! The building had a nice pool. It felt very comfortable and homely. We had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay.
Communication was a nightmare. The air conditioning was broken and we'd been informed in advance and promised a small refund. That was fine! But, the broken air conditioning still switched itself on twice a day and the thermostadt was locked so we couldn't make changes. In spite of dozens of communications, it seemed that it was impossible for them to sort this out. It also took weeks and many messages before we actually got the refund.

Location is Great. a good beach is across the street. 15 mins way from the main town to get all the grocery's you need and restaurants. The Condo has alot of beach supplies example.. cooler bags beach chairs. Noodles and gear
I wish the AC works better. takes 2 hours to cool the condo if that. Don't really feel the difference when turned on
