Charming apartment Belsize Park

Great location: nice street, good Italian restaurant round the corner, easy walk to several tube stations and PERFECT for Wembley (one stop from Finchley Rd).

Easy fix. Curtains need to be changed - especially in the bedroom, where the single curtain only covers just over half the window to the street outside.

El departamento era muy amplio, limpio e iluminado y en una zona tranquila de Londres. Tenía todo lo necesario.

Lo único que no pudimos hacer , es conectar internet en el televisor.

I want to be fair in this review and take into account the relative value this apartment represents comparitively to London's hefty prices.  What troubles me about this apartment however is that the things wrong with it have mostly all been stated in previous reviews AND could be fixed without a great deal of money or effort , but they continue to exist. I will list them . FRONT ROOM Blind broken and cracked . Curtain too short therefore reducing privacy from main road and  allowing in early morning sunlight.  No bedside tables BATHROOM  Absolutely no soap of any kind No bathmat Broken toilet roll holder LOUNGE ROOM  Broken spring mechanism on sofabed. Sofa bed not fit for purpose... sleeping on a hard ribbed surface not suitable for an adult.  Curtain too short allowing early morning sunlight wakening.  CLEANLINESS  Floor surfaces superficially cleaned only, some window ledges not at all. Any accommodation provider can slip up occasionally but when it is consistently mentioned in reviews and consistently ignored you cannot fail to conclude that the landlord or property manager or both , do not care. We are still travelling in Europe and  since leaving "Charming Apartment in Belsize Park " have experienced some wonderful accommodation providers who are proud of their properties and want their guests to be comfortable and glad they chose to stay at their place. This sadly  is in stark contrast to this apartment, where it seems be more of ...  "let's see how little we can do and get away with it ? "

Équipement trop sommaire, pas de décoration, pas de lampe de chevet, vaisselle minimaliste, canapé au salon très inconfortable pour y dormir et lit 2 places dans la chambre trop petit
