Exceptional stay with a breath taking view of the mountain peaks

Instructions upon arrival were great, and the host(s) were very accommodating with fast replies to the messages, they were also very involved in trying to make our stay as good as it could. The apartment itself is amazing, it is spacious, there are even board games present if the weather keeps you indoors. But it only gets better from there, the view is truly amazing, world class, I would say, with a view of the highest peaks in Switzerland from your own balcony, or even from the upstairs bedroom. And then there's a wonderful pool, very sizeable with a changing depth, the shallow part is around a meter, the deeper end is around 1.60m. It's roughly 5 meters wide and maybe 12 meters long. The water is a little cold, but we got used to it quickly. It was perfect to swim after long days of hiking. There is a large under the house parking area that has direct access to the building via the stairs and a small elevator. We had the building to ourselves which felt truly amazing, it's an 8 apartment building of which this is at the top floor. Having had this house for the price we paid was perfect and I would definitely return if the conditions were the same, we even considered booking (an) extra night(s), which the host(s) were also happy to facilitate, but in the end we sadly had other plans. I want to say more about what I liked, but this apartment is best experienced, as it is truly amazing!

The on-suite bathroom for the master bedroom has a bath only with a shower head, but you'd have to hold the showerhead yourself if you want to have a shower, so it is really meant to have it while seated in the bath only. There is a power shower in the separate bathroom though, and there's also a shower (and separate toilet) at the pool area. And speaking of heads, you do want to watch your head on the top loft bedroom as the canted ceiling is low, with even lower beams, right at the stairs, further onto the loft there is plenty of height to stand straight for any tall person, just be careful with the lower supporting beams. While we had a great discount due to this place being a new listing, paying full price, especially if all other apartments are occupied as well, it does feel a bit expensive. Although currently I don't know if any of the other apartments will be rented out (in the summer), nothing seemed to point to that and we were the only ones staying in the building, that has 8 apartments in total. Walking to Crans-Montana center from the house is a bit of a distance and more of a climb as the house is located much further up the mountain, but it will still only take about 10 minutes down, and roughly 15-20 minutes to get back up from the village.

Caldaia non funzionante , quindi senza acqua calda. 3 giorni e 2 notti senza poter fare la doccia. Tutte le stoviglie in condioni igieniche pessime. Lavastoviglie non funzionante quindi dopo aver chiesto spiegazioni mi è stato chiesto di fare un video ma mi hanno detto che avrebbero provveduto dopo la mia partenza….. Servizio e assistenza del cliente voto 0. Mi hanno poi rimborsato circa 150 € (circa il 20%). Rimborso inadeguato. Oggi a distanza di più di 20 giorni mi hanno chiesto la tassa di soggiorno che si sono dimenticati di trattenere. We da dimenticare. Host alle prime armi sicuramente. Sconsiglio vivamente
