Cozy and private apt in little River area!

The cozy cottage was exactly what I was looking for. I had a cosmetic surgery in Halileah and needed privacy and somewhere to hunker down and heal more than anything glamorous. Claudia was great with communication. We arrived early dawn before my preop apt and she let us check in a few hours early so we could rest after driving all night. Check in was easy, key in a lock box. Large bed available, couch with pull out for hubby. Simple tv. AC unit. Nothing glamorous but again that’s not what I was looking for. I didn’t want to see people or walk through a lobby or be bothered by housekeeping. My husband was a tad worried about the location as there are some homeless people wandering around up the streets in the neighborhood. But we only left for post opp apts. for the most part stayed there and recovered and it was exactly what I needed without being overpriced. If you’re a simple person looking for convenience and privacy, this is your spot. If you’re a boujee person looking for glamour and luxury, you will be disappointed. I was not disappointed and will recommend to others traveling to Miami for surgery. Thank you again Claudia!

Great location and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

The check in was great. Property outside was clean and well maintained. Nice location. The host kept me well informed. One small roll of toilet paper - not like a regular/hotel size. Drove to Walgreens for toilet paper as a back up. No washcloths. One hand towel for 2 guests. Floor was sticky. Uncomfortable bed. Mold in bathroom shower. One big bottle of liquid bath soap that was half way full. Hand soap was not filled properly. Towel holder is not suffice for bath towels. A message was sent for ample amount of towels for the stay. I didn’t contact host due to arriving after hours from being in traffic - a busy weekend in Miami. Plus we were leaving before 10AM. I thought the ad stated a sofa bed. Well my son and I shared the bed. We didn’t need to use the kitchen. The closet door needs to be replaced. Bathroom shower needs attention especially with chaulking. It was at the beginning of the month however the pricing was a bit too much for the unit.
