The main part of the house features a living room with a cozy fireplace and a TV. With a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that seats 8. There is also a second living room around the corner with additional seating that leads out to the spacious screened-in deck. Here, you can enjoy views while relaxing outdoors, listening to the birds, or simply enjoying some quiet time.
The primary bedroom and bathroom are located on the main level and include a king-sized bed, a walk-in shower, and a relaxing bathtub. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a full bathroom.
Through the screened-in porch, you can access the deck, which leads to the hot tub and a grill. Following the deck down takes you to the back deck area of the downstairs game room, complete with a fire pit table and seating. Through the sliding glass door, you'll find the fourth bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed, a queen futon, and a full-sized Murphy bed. The game room also includes a pool table, a TV, and extra seating, providing plenty of space for everyone to hang out.
The outside deck also leads to the upstairs guest apartment. Upon entering, you’ll find a living room with a TV and plenty of space to relax. This apartment includes a full-sized kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, freezer, and a dining room table that seats 4. The fifth bedroom in this apartment has a queen bed and a full bathroom.

The host was incredibly accommodating, and the place was absolutely fabulous. Wonderful for a large family. I was really surprised at how well stocked everything was. There was no need to run to the store for any incidentals. The home was welcoming, clean, neat and just precious. We go every year and this is the place we will come back to.

Visited with family of 11. Ages from 18 to 79.Everyone had an enjoyable time. The cabin was very comfortable and North Ga mountains a fun area to visit.

We had a nice stay at Sparrows Nest. There was plenty of room for people to gather but also space to spread out. The house was clean. We enjoyed the porches and decks. There were a lot of outdoor activity options nearby. The driveway is very steep and parking multiple vehicles was a challenge- carpool if possible.
