Cozy Spacious 3 bedroom Retreat ~ FREE parking • 2.5 bath

Street parking, quiet neighborhood, close to lots of attractions. Unit was modern and clean. The main floor bathroom door wasnt able to close, but there were 2 bathrooms upstairs so we used those instead. Kitchen stuff met our needs. TV was great. Onsite laundry and soap, with great toiletries for guests. Two very soft comfys beds, one on the firmer side, but our family liked a mix so we enjoyed the options. Hosts checked in throughout our stay and responded to msg's quickly. I would def book here again!

We were comfortable and had a good sleep. We felt the place could have been cleaner. Example: rug in living room needed a good cleaning; jelly bean under chesterfield and we did not have any; cupboard under garbage container dirty; coffee ground in coffee maker. A few suggestions: disposable cups in bathrooms so no need to carry from kitchen; facial tissue available; cleaning staff need to be reminded to clean.

Beautiful new property in a very nice area of Edmonton. Unfortunately I recently had hip surgery and the stairs made it a difficult stay. The rest of my family enjoyed it. My only suggestion would be to indicate the number of stairs in the listing or that the bedrooms are on the second floor. That way an individual with walking challenges would know this might not be an appropriate property.
