• No boat, camper, trailer, RV, motor home, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle or equipment, or construction vehicle of any type is allowed in the gate guard
• There is a gate guard at the entrance of the community to increase local safety. Guests need to provide the full names of the drivers upon the reservation confirmed to be registered at the gate guard

• The pool heating: $40/day (plus taxes)
• Pet-friendly fee: $85 (plus taxes) pet fee per booking.

We really enjoyed our stay overall! The house was nice, neat, and located in a peaceful neighborhood with plenty of shops and stores nearby. Check-in was super easy, and my son absolutely loved the themed rooms — such a fun touch!The only downsides were that the pool had quite a few bugs, which made it hard to fully enjoy swimming. I understand that it’s difficult to completely prevent that, but it was still a bit distracting. The house could also have been cleaned a little better, as there was some noticeable dust.Other than that, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it. With a little extra attention to cleaning and the pool area, this place would be perfect!
