About this house rental
About this accommodation
Located in the Châtillonnais region in the National Forest Park, in a peaceful hamlet on the edge of the woods, this place offers a relaxing stay with family or friends. Walks in the forests are accessible from the house.
The country stone house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Completely renovated, you will find mainly Burgundy stone and local oak materials, with refined furniture and personalized decoration.
The accommodation
The accommodations are composed of:
On the first floor of a living room / living room open to the kitchen, the latter is well equipped (crockery, various appliances, microwave, dishwasher...); full bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, iron.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are large (the bedding is new and comfortable), office/relaxation area, separate toilet.
This is a central heating system with underfloor heating diffusing a gentle heat.
This pretty house includes a walled garden, with two terraces and garden furniture. An open barn and a parking space where vehicles can be parked. Enough space for your petanque, badminton activities....
This place is above all for lovers of calm who will appreciate being surrounded by nature and greenery.
Passenger access
Parking spaces are located in front of the house.
Halfway between Dijon and Troyes.
Close to an A5 motorway exit (Chaumont-Semoutiers toll - Exit N°24 and Ville-sous-Laferté toll - Exit N°23).
The train station (TGV) de Montbard is about 35 minutes away.
Other Notes
Bed linen and towels are not provided. Nevertheless, I can offer you
if necessary to drop off kits in the house:
=) Double bed + towel kit: 35 € (Sheets, towels, towels
bath, kitchen towels included)
=) Towel kit for 1 person: 15 € (towels, bath mats,
kitchen towels).
- The Senseo coffee machine works with pods of the brand. (There is
always the necessary to have a coffee, tea, infusion).
- There is no child safety gate for the stairs.
- Possibility to put a travel cot, on request.
- The fireplace is not functional.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The accommodations are non-smoking.
- The parking lot is under video surveillance.
