Mountain Views, pool, hot tubs, sauna, hiking

The open-concept living space greets you every time you return from an adventure - bright, comfortable, and setup to feel like your 'home away from home.'
What makes a good trip great is often a kitchen that makes meal prep enjoyable. This one does. Coffee in the morning, ambiance that beats a crowded restaurant, late-night snacks at the counter - it all happens right here.
Soaring ceilings and views of the nearby peaks create the perfect backdrop for unstructured downtime.
The massive 2026 renovation thoughtfully combined both design and comfort - carefully chosen artwork, a fireplace to be enjoyed from all spaces, and finishes that feel both cozy and modern.
Morning ritual at Serenity...grind the beans, brew the coffee, froth the milk...walk to the window with your warm cup in hand - the morning light is waking up the mountains and something beautiful is happening outside...

About this apartment rental

Step through the door and let your shoulders drop. Serenity at Snowmass sits 200' from the Village Express ski run - same 200' to the gondola, summer wildflower trails, and the golden aspen groves in the fall. Whatever adventure the day held, the same cozy scene awaits: gas fireplace on, mountain light filling the corner windows, and the Aspenwood wellness amenities just steps out your door - heated pool, grotto hot tubs, sauna, fitness room. Snowmass is the destination & this is the condo!

ABOUT THIS PROPERTY

Serenity at Snowmass is a third-floor corner studio with a sleeping loft - walls of expansive windows, no neighbors walking past, and breathtaking mountain light.

The main level opens wide: living room, dining, and kitchen flow together under lofted ceilings. The gas fireplace anchors the room — push the power button on arrival and the whole space shifts. The oversized sectional wraps the corner, bathed in light from windows on two sides. Soft music from the Bose soundbar fills the open space; a Smart TV is ready for movie nights or storm-day streaming.

The bathroom is a beautiful feature: double-sink vanity with light-up mirrors - the kind you'll find in high-end hotels. Spacious enough that multiple people can get dolled up, without bumping elbows, before your dinner reservation in Aspen. The in-unit washer and dryer is a genuine luxury in ski condos, where shared laundry is the norm.

The sleeping loft climbs above the living area — king mattress, reading lights, white noise machine, low ceilings. Snug in the best way. Guests who take the loft tend to sleep deeply. On the main floor, a queen bed sits just an arms reach from the high-end coffee station. Between the two sleeping spaces, Serenity comfortably sleeps four.

The kitchen earns its place. Thor range, dishwasher, Ninja blender, waffle maker, and a dedicated coffee corner with a 12-cup drip machine, grinder, milk frother, and beans already waiting. The dining table seats four with an unobstructed view down into the valley.

Step outside — the Aspenwood complex delivers a strong amenity stack. The heated outdoor pool runs year-round, surrounded by stone buildings and towering pines and aspens. Two grotto-style hot tubs sit adjacent, deep and muscle-melting warm. A sauna and fitness room complete the recovery setup. The pool deck has a community BBQ and lounge chairs; in the warmer months, an afternoon here has a way of turning into a full evening.

LOCATION & WHAT'S NEARBY

Skiing/Dining/Shops: Guests are often surprised by how well-positioned this condo is. Walk 200 feet to the Village Express ski run - the nearest run down to the ticketing office or the gondola for swift access to the top of the mountain. A short, downhill, stroll brings you to Snowmass Mall, where a variety of restaurants and shops line the festive pedestrian corridor. From there, the complimentary pedestrian gondola carries you down to Snowmass Base Village - more dining options, our favorite crepe shack, and the complimentary 3 PM s'mores that have become a village tradition.

Explore Beyond Snowmass: The free RFTA bus stop is steps from the condo, making frequent runs into Aspen effortless - world-class dining, galleries, and boutiques about 30 minutes away. The Maroon Bells, arguably the most photographed mountains in Colorado, are close by.

Activities For All Seasons: Snowmass averages 25 feet of snowfall per season — 60% north-facing terrain holds snow quality deep into spring. Summer brings the Snowmass Bike Park, fly fishing, the Aspen Food & Wine Classic, the Rendezvous art festival, and the Wednesday-night Rodeo. In fall, the aspen groves turn gold — find yourself in one of the most stunning natural settings in the Rockies.

WHO THIS CONDO IS BEST FOR

Couples — The gas fireplace, corner views, and intimate layout make Serenity a natural base for a romantic escape - a long ski weekend, a summer mountain retreat, or a fall trip timed to the glow of the aspens.

Friend groups — Two completely separate sleeping spaces mean two couples or a group of friends can share the condo without sharing a room: loft upstairs, queen on the main floor. The kitchen handles the big breakfasts, the bathroom is spacious, and the hot tubs allow the conversations to linger.

Families with kids — Parents take the queen; kids claim the hang-out loft. A fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and a year-round heated pool combine to make family travel noticeably easier…and more joyful.

Outdoor enthusiasts — Every season has a reason. Winter: direct ski run access, 3,300 acres of terrain. Spring: wildflower meadows bloom across the peaks - quiet trails, vivid color, one of the most underrated times to visit. Summer: the Bike Park, fly fishing, and high-alpine hikes. Fall: aspen groves turn electric gold just as the crowds clear.
