Vacation home Kum Weer - A cozy retreat with generous furnishings

This charming vacation home, “Kum Weer,” was built in the Danish style and is located on a lot near the water, in the second row of the Water and Landscape Park in Otterndorf. Here, you can truly relax and enjoy your vacation in a cozy atmosphere. After a long walk in the park or a bike ride along the banks of the Elbe, you can warm up and unwind in the hot tub, which features therapeutic jets for an underwater massage. The Scandinavian sauna will get your circulation going. The large living room, featuring a sunroom and studio-style windows, is equipped with a cozy wood-burning stove, two complete seating areas, and a dining table for 12 people. This is the perfect gathering spot during your stay, with plenty of space for an extended family or several families. Adjacent to it is the open kitchen, equipped with modern appliances. The “morning terrace” measures 12 m², and from the living room you can access the 21 m² south-facing, partially covered sun terrace.

All 4 bedrooms are furnished with double beds, accommodating a total of 8 people. Two bedrooms have space for only 1 children’s bed each. The highlight is the two alcoves, which are especially loved by children and are often referred to as “sleeping caves.” Each alcove contains two single beds, which are counted as adult beds. Two bathrooms, each equipped with a hair dryer, ensure a comfortable stay even for larger groups. All windows are fitted with fly screens. Guests also have free use of a canoe and a canoe cart for transport. Adult and children’s personal flotation devices are available. The lake is 40 m from the house. Use of the lake is at your own risk. For children, there is a play structure with a slide, a climbing rope, and two swings; this is shared with the guests staying in the vacation home on the left, No. 66.
