Escape to this boutique 5 unit condominium in picturesque Puerto Vallarta with a wonderful view of the bay of Banderas. Each unit is one full floor of the building. The unit has just been completely repainted and decorated in 2025. Situated in a lovely vale on the side of the hills with a 10 minute walk down to the Malecon, gallery district and the downtown night life. The 3 bedrooms include 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. The bedrooms have plenty of closet space, too. The property offers a pleasant retreat for guests away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The unit has a full size kitchen with dishwasher, gas range/oven, microwave and water filtration system for the kitchen sink. Also enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, WiFi, and new washer/dryer in the unit. The unit features lovely travertine tile floors. The two - 3/4 baths are fully tiled in travertine tile with alabaster vessel sinks. Take a plunge in the refreshing swimming pool or prepare a lovely meal on the terrace grill to share as you watch the whales breach in the bay. Once inside the building there is an elevator. There is a community staircase that takes you to the entrance of the building. There are numerous restaurants, bars and eateries in the neighborhood and a full size grocery about 4 blocks north of the Malecon. The building bylaws require us to state there is a maximum occupancy of four adults over the age of 30. No children. There is parking available for one vehicle, if requested.

We just finished a 1 month visit to puerto Vallarta. This place was great. Very spacious with all the amenities you need. The rooms are very large. The beds are very comfortable. The unit was recently renovated and is beutiful and clean. Kitchen is fully stocked. We had everything we needed. View is great from the balcony. Walking into town was easy. You are right in the middle of the downtown area. Restaurants bars music shops and groceries all near by. Use your uber app to get home. The hill is very steep. Ubers are cheap. Jeffery was very responsive to anything we asked. There are lots of chickens in the area so it can get a little loud atbtimes but you get used it. Fun watching them run around. We had a great time and hope to get back soon.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very beautiful and inviting. The decor was very well done and the kitchen was well appointed. The host was a pleasure to work with. The view from the balcony was perfect. The property was in great shape with good air conditioning and very comfortable beds. The perfect getaway yet close enough to enjoy everything in Puerto Vallarta.
