About this apartment rental
Historic, downtown apartment that features original details from 1889 while providing modern amenities. This second story apartment was fully renovated top to bottom. Comfy, queen-size bed, 65” Roku TV and a fully equipped kitchen will make you feel right at home.
This small gem overlooks the back alleyway which may not provide the most impressive view out the window, but the fine furnishings and top of the line renovation give you plenty to enjoy within.
While the hustle and bustle of town does provide for excitement, please understand that we cannot control the events that happen in town, noise from neighboring businesses, or citizens walking the streets. With this in mind, we installed top of the line windows to block out city noises, offer Bluetooth speakers to enjoy your favorite tunes, fans (because who doesn’t enjoy white noise at night), and earplugs (in the night stand just in case).

This place is a gem! Perfectly placed if you love historical buildings, easy to access and beautifully renovated. Amanda was so easy to communicate with and took care of everything. I highly recommend staying there!

Very well decorated with all the amenities and small touches. The brick wall. I will say the bed was stiff, as others have said, but it wasn't a deal breaker. They even had phone chargers in the bedside table, ice in the freezer, and coffee ready to brew. Class. My only regret is not being able to stay longer. I will def be coming back.
