The house has 4000 square meters of garden with heated pool, tennis court, par 3 golf hole, dollhouse for children. PGJyPg also offers a barbecue next to a large terrace overlooking the garden. PGJyPg Organization Details: 1- Maintain order and conservation of the PGJyPg property during the residential rental season. PGJyPg 2- Keys and gate remote control will be delivered on-site by the caretaker from 4 PM on the day of check-in, upon presentation of the reservation confirmation code and/or photo identification. Three keys will be provided: one for the kitchen door, one for the glass door to the terrace, and one for the wardrobe, in addition to a remote control for the garage door. These must be returned to the caretaker at check-out. Wi-Fi: network: homewifi.efe / password: 10850392. Garden and pools: will be cleaned daily by the caretaker. Pets are allowed inside the house (NOT on the beds and sofas). Please inform us of the presence of pets inside the house so that we can remove the indoor rugs. 6- Do not use cushions, indoor furniture, blankets, covers, or glass utensils in the garden, pools, or tennis court. 7- Leave trash in an appropriate, sealed bag at the laundry room for daily collection by 6 PM. 8- Do not throw paper, sanitary napkins, diapers, or wet wipes down the toilets. 9- Do not throw food scraps down the kitchen sinks or barbecue area. 10- Bed linens and towels will NOT be changed during your stay. PGJyPg11- Parties: observe current municipal legislation – Noise Law, regarding maximum decibel levels and permitted hours. PGJyPg12- Fire extinguishers, one for water and one for foam, will be in the pantry next to the kitchen. PGJyPgAny problems should be reported to the caretakers immediately.
