-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund. No parties.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of between $200-$500 will be assessed to you, IF excessive pet hair or pet damage is found.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)
Our pool is heated and maintained at a comfortable 85°F (29°C) from November through April at no additional cost to guests. Please note that the pool heater operates most efficiently when the outdoor temperature remains above 49°F. During especially cold days or nights, if the temperature dips below this threshold, the pool may not reach or maintain the full 85°F temperature despite the heater being on. We appreciate your understanding and recommend checking the local forecast to plan your swim times for the warmest parts of the day.

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Felt safe taking the dog for a walk in the evening. House is spacious. Pool was great. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Perfect central location for us. Ease of access to house was great, really appreciated access to garage for rental during hot temps. Our only feedback (minimal) is maybe some astro turf for lounge chairs around pool.

We, 4-seniors from Washington state, had a wonderful 11-night stay, at this beautiful home. The home has been completely up-graded inside, including all new cabinets, appliances, furniture, and floor coverings. Even included new windows and sliding patio doors. All three bedrooms included flat screen TV's and comfortable beds. Home was well stocked and nicely decorated. Appreciated the use of the 2-car garage. This kept our van out of the 94-degree heat. Outside covered patio overlooks a big, warm water, pool. Note: heated pool is "FREE" and included in the daily rent. Home is located about 1-mile from Safeway grocery store and about 2-miles from the east/west # 60 Freeway. Host, Sacha and John were great to work with. All of our questions and concerns were quickly addressed. If and when we return to Mesa, we hope this home is available.

Enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. The heated pool was a nice treat. Area felt safe and very convenient to everything we needed or wanted to explore.
