You’ll be just a short walk from the ferry, metro, seaside promenade, playgrounds, trendy cafés, and restaurants – making it easy to discover both the Asian and European sides of the city.

• 1 kids’ room with pull-out bed
• 1 guest/study room with sofa bed, desk & pull-up bar
• Spacious living room with ceiling fan

• Balcony with seating for your morning coffee or evening wine

You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself: 3 bedrooms, a living room, a full kitchen, a bathroom, and two balconies. Two sets of keys will be provided for your convenience.
Additional info:
• No parties – we respect our lovely neighbors!
• Smoking only allowed on the balcony (€100 fee for indoor smoking)
• Lost keys: €35 fee | Locked out with keys inside: €60 locksmith fee
Check-in
In accordance with Turkish law, all guests are required to submit passport or ID information prior to check-in.
To help us prepare for your smooth arrival, please send the following at least one week in advance:

• Arrival airport
• Estimated time of arrival at the apartment
• Your transport choice (e.g. shuttle, taxi, etc.)
