Welcome to a modern boutique condo complex located in the vibrant Versalles neighborhood—one of Puerto Vallarta’s hottest spots for food and culture. Our unit is uniquely positioned at the front of the building, offering a larger-than-average private balcony and unobstructed views.
Head up to the rooftop pool for stunning ocean, mountain, and city views. Whether you’re enjoying a swim, lounging in the sun, or relaxing in the shaded entertaining area (complete with restrooms and a shower), you’ll find the rooftop to be a peaceful retreat. Access is easy via elevator or stairs.
LOCATION OF THE UNIT
Located just one level above the street, the condo offers easy access while remaining secure. Enter through a locked main door with intercom and security cameras, then take one flight of stairs to reach the unit—the first door on the left. Free street parking available.

Unwind after a day exploring the city on the comfortable sofa. Catch up on your favorite shows with the Smart TV and Netflix access.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, new cookware, and double sink. We’ve also included child-friendly dinnerware for families.

Enjoy one of the few private balconies in the complex! With a table and four chairs, it’s perfect for sipping your morning coffee, dining al fresco, or simply people-watching with a view of charming local architecture.
🛏 Bedroom
Drift off in a king-size bed with a 7” foam mattress topper for ultimate comfort. The spacious closet features drawers, hangers, shelves, and an iron. We’ve stocked it with extra towels, blankets, and beach towels too.
🧺 Laundry Room
In-unit full-size washer and dryer with laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, grocery bags, and even a cooler for beach days.
🛁 Bathroom
Private en suite bathroom with a clean, tiled shower and full-size shampoo and conditioner provided.

Fantastic location with food options from fine dining to street tacos. Short walk to the beach. Amazing rooftop view of the bay, with a spacious pool area. Host was very responsive and friendly.
