Guests will also be responsible for the full cost of any additional cleaning, professional services, or repairs required as a result of the violation.
Unauthorized Pets:
No pets are allowed on the property unless explicit written approval is granted before check-in. Bringing an unauthorized pet onto the property will result in a $500 penalty, plus the full cost of any required deep cleaning, odor or allergen treatment, laundering, and repair of any pet-related damage.

Chelsea was incredibly responsive to every question I had. I wish I could communicate with her for every VRBO! Haha. The place is huge and comfortable. It’s a little older and has a bit of deferred maintenance but not bad. There isn’t a door to the primary bathroom, which was strange because you can see right in from the living room if the bedroom door isn’t closed. Easy fix but it hasn’t been done. Convenient location. I would stay there again.
