Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!
We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!

very clean house. plenty of room for my family and I. close to pretty much everything around. easy to locate. the hosts were amazing and kept in great contact. the back yard was perfect for my kiddos to run around and play. would definitely stay here again!!!

Several walls need repainted, couch in living area sits very low to the floor, lights/fans need to be labeled, downstairs door seal needs replaced, towel bars in bathrooms need replaced, ice maker very slow, need a pitcher if yo plan on making tea or other drinks..just several minor things..overall was a good stay

Overall our stay was pleasant. The spacious home was perfect for our family to be together. There are 2 areas that need attention:1) particularly the bathroom floors, they were not clean. Dust, hair, toilet paper pieces were on the floor.2) the living room furniture was not comfortable. The couch sat so low and sank. Much of the time had to sit in the table chairs and not in the living room: this was especially difficult for our older family members. I will say that SaraJean was responsive with questions. Thank you!
