In the heart of the Ognon Valley, in a charming village with beautiful walks to do on foot or by bike thanks to the greenway. Near Pesmes (castle, royal house ... one of the most beautiful villages in France) or Marnay, a city of character with multiple sports and fun activities: canoeing, paddle, fishing, hiking with the paths of Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle, canoeing, bike circuits ... 30 km from Besançon, its old town and its Citadel (Museums, zoological park ...). 25 km from Vesoul, its English garden, the Vaivre lake, etc. On the banks of the Ognon river, beautiful 18th century house, completely renovated with care, offering: on the ground floor: large equipped kitchen open to living / dining room, flat screen TV, wifi. 1 bathroom with Italian shower and toilet. Upstairs, large landing room with good quality sofa bed, 1 separate toilet, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 180 X 200 cm.
On the 2nd floor, a bedroom with 2 beds 90 cm, which can be twinned into a king size bed 180x200.
Baby equipment available: travel cot, mattress and bed linen, high chair and toddler chair, step stool, potty, children's dishes and changing mat.
Outside, terrace with garden furniture and parasol, barbecue, beach cart, deckchairs. Large unenclosed garden (89 ares), offering different relaxation areas: trampoline, slackline, raised wooden terrace, with sun loungers, yoga mats... a real haven of peace and relaxation... at the end of the land, by the river, access to a small beach (children are the responsibility of the parents), with picnic table and deckchairs. Absolute calm...
All-inclusive cottage: sheets, cleaning, towels, heating and electricity.
