This fully renovated 1-bedroom apartment is ideal for delegates (2,5km from the Palais des Festivals) as well as for vacationers (3 minutes' walk from the beach).

Only 250 meters from the sea (250 meters from a wild beach where you can explore the small coves with translucent waters and 1km from the fine sandy beaches) and 8 minutes by car or 15-20 minutes' walk from the Croisette with its magnificent private beaches, internationally renowned palaces, and luxury boutiques
Secured residence close to all shops (Carrefour City, Franprix and Petit Casino) and an excellent bakery 150 meters away with a terrace where you can have your breakfast or snack. The area is very pleasant and has many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The bus stop leading to Cannes city center is 150m away, as well as the bus connecting to Nice airport. Ideal location for your holidays, weekends and conference stays.

Awesome place for romantic getaway, easy parking, walking trail just below the apartment,that takes you a long the sea with awesome views, the terrace is stunning, there are trains just below but I enjoyed seeing them, the apartment had everything for cooking, the apartment was extremely clean , the bed was just right, the living room was just right for watching a movie on the big TV with the reflection of the moon shinning on the sea, if you don't mind a 10-15 walk to the croisette where there is a public beach were you can put down chairs that are in the apartment with everything to go to the beach in the apartment, I would definitely stay here again for romantic long weekend, if you are going visiting outside of Cannes & need a vehicle but if not you can get pretty much everywhere by walking or taking public transportation even to the airport. a little difficult to locate with the GPS even thou its right on the road next to a rotary & a Esso station, lastly the is a bakery called the California that has awesome croissants, breads & pastry to compliment the dinner or breakfast you make inside the apartment..
