Thanks to its ideal location, it offers pure relaxation. The large garden and terrace, set on a 1,100 m² lot, provide plenty of space for playing, sunbathing, and barbecuing. It’s close to the town center yet quiet.
The town center is just 100 m away, with many restaurants, cafés, and shopping options. It’s just 400 m to the beach, past the Friesentherme, an outdoor/indoor pool with a sauna (right on the dike)—meaning you have everything right nearby.
