It is a great property and a great location. The beds were not very comfortable. The tvs were outdated but they had cable.

We have for years wanted to experience the Treetop Village.
1. The service was bad. Because the weather is so hot we needed extra towels, they refuse to provide them. We needed a corkscrew and they also could not provide. We also requested a extra fan because of the hot weather and we're ignored.
The swim dock was unsafe, having a loose ladder and buckled decking.
The carpet in the room was coming up. Once comforter had dried blood. One if our two provided towels was torn and had holes.
We expected more for the money.
The grounds, though not well taken care of were we beautiful because if the lake setting.
